George Ponzini Art Glass
George Ponzini creates glass perfume bottles, stemware, candlesticks, shelves, mirrors, and sculptures that are engaging and elegant. Soon he was concentrating on glass and furniture at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He has studied glass at Pilchuck Glass School and Penland School, and also served on the faculty of the Sharon Arts Center in New Hampshire.
He has been honored as a Fellowship Recipient from the Vermont Council of the Arts and the Grodin Award for Excellence in Design and Craftsmanship.
